National programs
The socio-political crisis which reigns in Côte d'Ivoire since 19 September 2002 disturbed and totally halted the work of a large number of institutions. Green Cross Côte d'Ivoire has suffered from it as well and had to modify some of its programs. And yet, it was able to carry out a number of worthy activities.

Moreover, in conjunction with the Ministry of Environment:
Environmental diagnosis of the water plans (Alépé, Sassandra, Aboisso, Grand Lahou). A poll in view of collecting information on the needs of the population in order to prepare a document on the priority actions for the post-conflict reconstruction of Côte d'Ivoire.
GC Côte d'Ivoire is currently looking for funds for the emergency programme of post-conflict restoration of the country, based on the results of the opinion poll.
GC Côte d'Ivoire is lobbying for the restitution of the classified Angueledou Forest, an initiative undertaken jointly with SOS Forets, CI Ecologie and Cres Ere. (Presentation of the project in French - 1,4mb).
